The real reason the AI bubble will burst is because transhumanism & tech accelerationism form a unified belief system that is anti-human. Deep down we sense this. Due to the arrogance and impatience of the accelerationists the adverse effects of their planned tech utopian future have piled-up rapidly and reveal horrors: The ecological consequences of data centres; the invasive neurotech experiments on humans; the replacement of human labour; the theft of art, music, films, books, speech and messages for 'scraping'; the forcing of flawed tech into healthcare and education systems; the building of AI surveillance states, and the use of war zones for testing AI military tech, with the fuelling of wars to that end. Already we see transformation of our countries into zones in which military AI surveillance tech is being used to map, control and subdue civilians. The goal of their tech utopia is to replace human agency, with algorithmic planning. Within it, the role for human action and human life diminish accordingly as the control by the tech leaders, and the machines they arrogantly place their faith in, expands. The AI bubble will burst because we know this vision of the tech future runs against all human thriving and we have chosen to reject it. It will burst because the accelerationists hit a dead end with their AI tech, but still with their hubris and neo-religious faith in their man-made tech God, they kept hyping and inflating the bubble.
