Develop your own style and voice and even if you 'copy', you wouldn't be 'copying' but 'transmutating' it into your own style. Sometimes in this process of “copying”, our inner voice begins to speak to us suggesting that we stop the task and, having learned from this process of “copying”, begin an original work of our own. Next time, this voice appears sooner. The next one, sooner. The next one, sooner. Until the process of 'copying' vanishes itself and building your own voice that stays forever.
