When I first entered the space, I couldn't understand some blockchain project white papers and documents, and I would doubt whether there was something wrong with my intelligence.
Now, if I can't understand the documents / tweets of a crypto project, I instinctively think that the project team is incompetent and that their unclear expression is causing users to misunderstand.

If you don't have the capital to do PoW, you need Proof of Time, putting time into what you love to the point of madness.
For example, newcomers entering the Crypto industry can —
Read classic content: read the Bitcoin whitepaper, look at the EIP list, read ahr999's "Hoarding Bitcoin."
Watch videos: check out classic videos on YouTube, see how Tom Lee and Cathy Wood are currently promoting ETH.
Talk to people: find the best people in the industry you can connect with, ask project teams how to build, ask VCs how to filter projects, ask KOLs how to create content and traffic, ask OGs why they can hold onto Bitcoin.

In the cryptocurrency world over the years, I have never lost a private key / recovery phrase, nor have I ever been hacked.
The first time I lost a wallet backup was actually with the Binance Web3 wallet.
It changed user habits, backing up to iCloud or using a QR code image, which are both very counterintuitive.
It's neither centralized (you can't recover it through KYC identity) nor decentralized (you can't back up the recovery phrase), this wallet really opened my eyes.
Fortunately, the balance isn't much, so I can just delete it and start over.

The Shanghai Composite Index has reached its highest point since August 21, 2015, hitting a ten-year high.
The best bull markets trap the most people ⚠️ This video tells you the biggest difference between A-shares and U.S. stocks —
U.S. stocks have β returns; although the index may experience short-term crashes, it generally trends upward in the long term.
In contrast, A-shares do not have β returns and are more dominated by an emotional cycle (speculation and trading ability), making profit-taking crucial in a bull market.

The last video talked about how profitable Sun's Tron is, with an average income of over $40 million for 30 consecutive months, leading to a concentrated "siege" by various stablecoin issuers.
Recently, @justinsuntron's reputation on social media has skyrocketed. This video can be considered a "Brief History of Sun," highly distilled and summarized. This 90s man is the best at dancing in the gaps of the rules.
Recently, Bloomberg revealed that Sun's net worth exceeds $30 billion, composed of:
◦ TRX: over 60 billion;
◦ BTC: about 17,000;
◦ ETH: about 224,000;
◦ USDT: about 7 billion.
◦ Approximately 90% equity in HTX exchange (formerly Huobi), with an estimated revenue of about $1.3 billion in 2024.

Why are stablecoin issuers like Tether, Circle, and Stripe all rushing to launch public blockchains?
In the latest video, we discuss this topic for 11 minutes.
◦ How profitable is Sun's @justinsuntron TRON?
◦ What is the logic behind stablecoin public blockchains?
◦ What threats do new public blockchains pose to TRON?
◦ What opportunities do retail investors and entrepreneurs have to participate?
◦ How does this promote the mass adoption of stablecoins?

Last week, I received an airdrop from the Succinct project through Binance HODLer. Since it is a bilateral market built on Ethereum using ZK proofs, I did a bit of research to keep a record.
1/ What is Succinct?
In simple terms, Succinct is like the "AWS of the ZK space"; it builds a global, decentralized bilateral market on Ethereum where requesters (Proof requesters) and provers (Provers) are matched through an auction mechanism to generate ZKPs.
Using @SuccinctLabs' core technology SP1 zkVM (Zero-Knowledge Virtual Machine), developers can write code in common languages (like Rust) to generate ZK proofs without needing complex underlying technologies like cryptography or circuit design. This significantly lowers the barrier to ZK development.
2/ The Role of ZK Technology
When we mention ZK, we often think of L2 scaling solutions like ZK Rollup.
The focus of Succinct is not on scaling but on creating a decentralized ZK Proving infrastructure (hence the token ticker $Prove), building an open market that allows developers to write ZK applications as easily as writing regular programs, thus lowering the barrier; at the same time, it incentivizes Provers to provide low-cost, reliable proof services.
In this business, ZK technology mainly manifests in privacy protection, cross-chain verification, secure computation, and lightweight clients, making the verification process more trustworthy, secure, and efficient. This is also the core technological support of the Succinct project.
3/ Use Case Scenarios and Users of Succinct
Many web3 projects are using Succinct, including public chains like Polygon, Taiko, and Morph, as well as dApps like Celestia and Lido.
The use case scenarios involved in these projects' collaboration with Succinct include:
◦ zk-EVM: Proofs for executing Ethereum blocks based on SP1, allowing for quick deployment of zkEVM.
◦ Rollups: Generating validity proofs for state transitions, which can bridge to Ethereum or other chains.
◦ Identity and Privacy: Client-side proof generation supporting privacy voting and anonymous identities.
◦ AI and Generative Applications: Providing verifiable support for AI agents, generative art, and user-customized experiences in an on-chain environment.
◦ Interoperability: Executing cryptographic operations like elliptic curves to extend EVM capabilities.
4/ PROVE Economic Model
$PROVE is not just a governance token; it also includes functions like payment, security, and incentives within the Succinct network.
◦ Payment Tool: Requesters need to use PROVE to pay for proof generation fees.
◦ Network Security and Staking: Provers need to stake PROVE to participate in auctions as an economic guarantee.
◦ Staking Delegation: Token holders can delegate PROVE to provers and share in the earnings.
◦ Governance and Incentives: PROVE holders can vote to participate in governance, incentivizing provers to enhance the infrastructure.
The Succinct team is technology-driven, having raised a total of $56 million in two rounds before the TGE. However, it is now already on @Binance, so the financing data is of limited reference value, and it has entered a fully competitive market phase.

I've always had a question that I'm quite curious about, and I hope someone can clarify it for me:
If an exchange is required to comply with regulatory authorities and conduct strict AML checks on users' assets,
shouldn't they filter and review the assets when users deposit them into the platform? If the money is problematic, it shouldn't be allowed in from the start, and it should be returned on-chain to the original source.
Many platforms operate in a way where they don't ask any questions when users deposit, but when it comes time to withdraw due to regulatory AML factors, they block the withdrawal. This unequal relationship makes users feel like they are being taken advantage of, like being trapped and slaughtered.

Binance repurchased $BNB with profits and burned it, which is considered an effective buyback.
Hyperliquid used profits to repurchase $HYPE tokens, but did not burn them, and this is generally regarded by the market and community as an effective buyback.
@sign used profits from product operations to repurchase $SIGN, but did not burn them, leading to doubts about whether it is an effective buyback. Why?

Before the TGE at Sign, I had a chat with the founder Yanxin on a podcast where we discussed product innovation, fundraising experiences, and how to build a good community.
At that time, I felt a bit nostalgic, as there are very few projects in this industry that have products, revenue, and a community, and Sign is one of them.
The flagship product TokenTable achieved $15 million in revenue in 2024, which is an excellent accomplishment. I mingle in Sign's WeChat community, and this "Orange Dynasty" always has a certain magic, with memes and songs flowing continuously; it seems that everyone isn't too concerned about the token price, which hasn't changed much since before the TGE.
So today, when I saw @sign announce the buyback of $12 million worth of tokens, I was quite surprised. In my inherent impression, teams that use real money for token buybacks are mostly large exchanges like BNB and OKB, or leading protocols like AAVE; it's rare for web3 application-level projects to do such things. Yanxin and his team must have strong confidence in Sign.
Last December, Sign used company profits to buy $10 million worth of Bitcoin. Yanxin tweeted at that time that they would use profits to buy back Sign tokens in the future (a month has passed, and this promise was fulfilled today).
The announcement mentioned that the repurchased tokens would have three main uses, and here are my speculations:
◦ Collaboration with listed companies: This is the most imaginative point; the integration of tokens and stocks is a hot topic now. What would happen if a listed company bought into Sign?
◦ Promoting more exchange listings: The next one should be Coinbase.
◦ Expanding the community: Previously, Yanxin mentioned in the podcast that he hopes to turn Sign into a framework-level protocol, leading the community to gain more returns. So this buyback might also allocate some tokens to reward the community.
I hope the industry sees more projects like Sign that are solidly building products with PMF, have robust commercialization capabilities, and possess a good community vibe.
Attached: The podcast I had with Yanxin in February this year.
