For noen uker siden skrev jeg: "Jeg møtte @JuhyukB for første gang på en stund i dag, og han introduserte meg for et team som etterlot det sterkeste inntrykket."
Det laget var @Arch Network.
Jeg endte opp med å sette meg ned med grunnleggeren i omtrent 3–4 timer, og for å være ærlig har jeg egentlig aldri vært dypt interessert i Bitcoin-økosystemet. Jeg visste ikke så mye om det, og ærlig talt føler jeg meg fortsatt ikke spesielt tiltrukket av det.
Men etter å ha hørt Archs økosystemstrategi, fant jeg meg selv oppriktig fascinert av Bitcoin-området – ikke fordi jeg opprinnelig var interessert i Bitcoin og oppdaget Arch, men omvendt:
Jeg ble interessert i Arch først – spesielt deres tilnærming til økosystem og dApp-utvikling – og først da begynte jeg å ta hensyn til det bredere Bitcoin-økosystemet de bygger innenfor.
Archs økosystem er svært eksperimentell, og hvis det lykkes, tror jeg det kan påvirke ikke bare eksisterende lag 1 og lag 2, men også de som ennå ikke kommer.
Det er lenge siden jeg har kommet over et prosjekt som føles som om det kan inspirere til virkelig overbevisende skriving. Arch er en av de sjeldne.

I have never been more excited to tell the world what I’m about to say here.
I’m joining Arch Network!
Arch Network is:
1) an execution layer for Bitcoin
2) with a purpose built VM for stronger expressivity and speed
3) that preserves the Bitcoin UX (no bridges, no new wallets)
My journey in crypto started when I bought my first Bitcoin in 2015.
First I didn’t quite understand it, so I sold right after making a quick profit (RIP).
Then after watching some videos from the GOAT Andreas Antonopoulos, something just clicked.
Since then, I’ve been telling my friends and family to buy Bitcoin.
Nobody understood.
Now they ask me if it’s ok to buy.
Fast forward to 2023, when I saw the first Ordinals and BRC-20 tokens being traded on Bitcoin, I quickly realized this will fundamentally change what Bitcoin is.
Again, the maxis mocked me and called me names.
But I will prove them wrong.
I want the world to see Bitcoin as a network, not only money.
Bitcoin must adapt to the changing world.
Bitcoin is not a finished project.
Bitcoin will not prevail unless we take active measures.
And it needs a true solution, not just another EVM L2.
I'm choosing Arch Network because I see it as the only solution that is purpose-built for Bitcoin.
I've looked at everything else, and nothing compares: Arch is bringing Solana-like speeds to real, native Bitcoin apps.
And it's going to change everything.
So what do I actually do at Arch Network?
I will be creating content to spread the word of Arch as the Asia Content Lead.
But everything will start from my home ground Korea.
Nevertheless, I would love to connect to all fellow Bitcoin enjoyers in Asia.
