lowest resting heart rate i’ve had since collecting data from 2017 almost all from getting back into lifting, now 2x per week, starting in late August / early September. fairly aggressive 1 hour circuits, 1 hour walks on off days or reformer Pilates lots of other positive changes in VO2 max, lean muscle mass (haven’t measured, but it’s obvious), etc. even if scale weight is only a couple of pounds lighter atm also figuring out how to use my core (with recent addition of Pilates) for everyday movements which i apparently was not doing correctly my entire life. less pain in joints. way more flexible and confident movement real progress can be achieved in only ~2 months if you are consistent and take diet seriously just getting started
