Ok, I’ll admit when I’m wrong and give credit where it’s due: after 3 days of waking up with the sun outside the big city, spending the first hour or so staring at it, doing the same at sunset, cutting alcohol by 90%, and walking 3+ hours in nature, my stress is down 80%, I’m de-puffing, and my focus and motivation are back. A we are so back moment if you will. The circadian sun freaks had a point, I hate to say it lol.
