#1 productivity tip that I can give you: Enforce good habits through high-leverage, trigger habits. For example: • Want to make better decisions? Prioritize sleep (trigger habit = bed time alarm + screens off wind-down routine) • Want to get more work done? Trigger habit = Increase net time at desk (I find by the very act of being at my main PC, I inadvertently get more of my to-list done vs laptop/phone etc.) Most people aren’t even aware of their habits. They move through life completely unaware of their own actions and their consequences. You can engineer your habits to give you insane long-term compounded results if you choose them wisely. It’s not even hard, it’s just about awareness - and then the discipline to act on it.
